Player expectations
The reporting period is for matches already played. It does not extend the playing period.
Keep next-round participation and availability accurate by the stated deadline. Correct choices need no reconfirmation. A publication delay does not reopen availability; later changes use withdrawal or substitution.
Resolve score requests and raise challenges promptly. Pending approvals, unresolved disputes and invalid results hold advancement.
During automated rollover, required blank games without a pending request or dispute are voided, including games played but never reported. Valid results stay protected. Forfeits require an accepted request or authorized decision.
Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2; cap at 15).
Scheduling
Teams are responsible for scheduling date, time, and location of their matches.
Subs
Subs must be members of this event and marked Can Sub. Both players must have a known DUPR rating. A substitute's DUPR rating cannot be more than 0.25 above the DUPR rating of the player sitting out. The substitute cannot be playing in the same pool as that player in the current round or be projected to play in the same pool in the next round. Lower-rated subs are eligible. Subs cover a match or a whole round, and results remain under the original team name.
Forfeit
Recorded as a 11-0 loss.
Void
Teams can agree to void an uncompleted game.
Standings
Ranked by game win percentage (games won / (games won + games lost) × 100). Voided and unplayed games are excluded. Ties are broken by total games won, point differential (points scored minus points conceded), total team DUPR, then total team PUPR, highest first. The DUPR and PUPR tiebreakers use summed member ratings; an incomplete total ranks below a known total. Any remaining tie uses a fixed team order.
